The elements of this program includes the materials used in construction, reading the architect blueprints, methods used in the construction process, estimating jobs in construction and finally the construction job-site management. Our construction project manager program is designed to prepare individuals to understand the process of construction from the conception phase to the completion phase. 

 

Project Manager vs Construction Manager

The project manager looks at the overall management of the construction job-site, where as the construction manager is more focuses towards the construction aspect only.  This program will focus on both the project management and construction management aspects of the construction trade.
