PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
Executive Administrative Assistant program are designed for individuals that would like to pursue a career as an administrative assistant. The main duties and responsibilities of an executive administrative involves taking messages, scheduling appointments arranging staff meeting, managing incoming calls, billing and creating reports, proof-read documents, manage database, perform basic book-keeping and other computer related task and duties as required by the company. Companies rely on duties of executive administrative assistants to perform the day to day crucial tasks that keeps the company updated, also the companies administrative assistant at many occasions is the front line voice of the company, since they may be assigned as the first point of contact at the company by the customer, therefore the administrative assistant in many ways represents the brand of the company.
